The FFA Mentorship Program supports career development and personal growth while building connection across the fund finance industry. The program aims to:

• Develop future senior leaders

• Encourage career vision and engagement

• Connect professionals across roles and backgrounds

• Promote mentorship as a tool for industry growth

Who Can Apply
Mentees: Fewer than 7 years of fund finance experience; below Partner, MD, or equivalent
Mentors: Experienced fund finance professionals willing to share insights and support future leaders

Note: While we aim to include as many participants as possible, placement is not guaranteed. We prioritize thoughtful, high-quality matches.
