In a time of rapid change and uncertainty, strong leadership begins with clarity, resilience, and presence.

On Thursday, 26 February 2026, Women in Fund Finance invites participants to step back from day-to-day demands and engage in a guided, reflective session focused on reconnecting with core strengths, purpose, and well-being and led by Lalitia Wu.

Through intentional exercises designed to encourage openness, relaxation, and thoughtful engagement, attendees will explore how cultivating inner clarity and balance can enhance decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and professional impact—both individually and collectively.

The session will be followed by cocktails and canapes. Women and allies are welcome.
